By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
3. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents real estate projects in the UAE for information and marketing purposes only. Prices, availability, payment plans, handover dates, unit sizes, floor plans, images and videos are provided by the developers and can change at any time without notice. Images and videos are artist impressions and may differ from the finished property.
Nothing on the Website is an offer, a reservation, or legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Always confirm the current details with us and with the developer before making any decision.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use the enquiry forms on the Website.
5. Enquiry forms and communication
When you send an enquiry you agree that we may contact you about the property you asked about, and similar properties, by phone, email, WhatsApp or another messaging app you selected. You agree to give accurate information. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, a reservation or any obligation on either side. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. No user accounts
The Website has no user registration. All visitors use it without an account.
7. Our role as a brokerage
We act as a licensed real estate brokerage regulated by the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). Any fees or commissions are agreed in writing before any transaction. These Terms are not a brokerage agreement.
8. Intellectual property
The Website and its content — text, design, layout, graphics, photographs, videos, code and trademarks — are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws and belong to us or to our licensors.
